Order Texts: Food4Foodies

Texts are off unless you turn them on. Food4Foodies (F4F), operated by Food For Foodies, LLC, sends order texts only to people who choose them in the F4F app. You can stop them at any time.

1. What we send

Foodies: updates on your own orders, such as when a Chef accepts your order, when it is ready for pickup, and when a delivery is on its way or has arrived.
Chefs: a text when a new order arrives or a Foodie asks for a Tiffin pickup, so you can answer in time.

We never send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

2. How you opt in

In the F4F app, open Profile and turn on Order texts, below your phone number. The app shows the number it texts, verified with a one-time code, and this consent text next to the switch:

Get texts from Food4Foodies about your orders at the number on your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Turning the switch on is your consent. We record when you turned it on and from which account.

3. How to stop

Reply STOP to any F4F text, or turn off Order texts in the app. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@food4foodies.com.

F4F: Meera accepted your order AB12CD34. Pickup at 6:30 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.
